Call (805) 691-9905. Phone support is available 24/7 for plumbing emergencies, and our office team handles other requests during office hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). You can also use our contact page.
To help us fix the problem, please tell us:
- The web address (URL) of the page, or the page name
- What you were trying to do
- What happened, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if you know it
If you cannot complete the online request form, we can take your service request by phone.
What we have checked
In October 2026 we reviewed a sample of this website's page types—including the home page, contact form, service pages, articles, reviews, specials and the page-not-found screen—using automated testing and keyboard navigation checks. That review covered:
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of each page
- Menus that open and close with the keyboard, close with the Escape key and return focus to the menu button
- Visible focus outlines on links, buttons and form fields
- Form fields with written labels, and error messages linked to the field that needs attention
- Text descriptions for informative images
- Pages checked for readable layouts on narrow phone screens
- Color contrast of text checked by the automated tool
This review was limited to the checks listed above. It was not a formal audit or certification, and it did not include testing with screen readers or other assistive technology, or testing of browser zoom. Some content, such as the online booking scheduler and maps, is provided by other companies and was not reviewed.
