Nathan Flores31 days agoCalled Coast Plumbing Solutions to extend water lines for an outside sink. The techs showed up well within their window that was given. Both are friendly, and well knowledgeable with what needed to be done. We did a quick walk around and an explanation of what was to be done. I let them get to work and within a an hour or so I received a call letting me know everything was completed and good to go. Clean work, zero hassle and great work ethic. This is the team I will. George F.98 days agoCoast Plumbing comes through again! My pressure regulator failed and the increased pressure revealed a pin hole leak in a pipe under my house. I asked Coast to come out and give me an estimate. As usual, Coast responded quickly. Jose arrived within 48 hours. He did a thorough inspection and provided a clear estimate. The parts I needed were already on the truck. Two hours later, the work was done with everything functioning perfectly and a two year warranty. Coast is fast, efficient, friendly, and responsive. He noticed the date that was on our soft water tank which had been replaced 1 day before we had our problem of no water pressure. He suggested we call the soft water company and have them come out and replace the tank. Does fixed the water pressure problem and saved us $2200 in repipiping, and we are very grateful. After requesting quotes from several local companies, Coast was the first to respond—not with an automated text, but with a personal phone call. The owner, Katie, was incredibly polite and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. She quickly scheduled a site inspection to accurately assess the job. Their technician, Wallace, arrived for the inspection and was both respectful and thorough. Shortly after, they provided a very reasonable quote that clearly outlined the scope of work. On the day of installation, Wallace arrived promptly after calling ahead. He was professional and did an immaculate job with the installation and the removal of our old unit. Before leaving, he tested the system and ensured I understood all of its features. For the past two months, my family and I have had consistent hot water ever since the installation. Nadia Halych254 days agoDavid is a real warrior. My sink suddenly got clogged, do I poured a drain cleaner in and thought that would fix my issue. Instead of the sink draining out, water started filling in. David arrived a little after 1pm and continued working for around 4 hours. He wouldn't give up. He snaked the drain probably 5-6 times before it fully opened/unclog. He replaced the garbage disposal because the one I had was leaking from the bottom during this whole ordeal. So we initially hired another company to do the work. They failed us miserably. And after 3 days of not getting the job done I had reached out to Coast Plumbing for help. She found out the Moen stands behind their work for a lifetime if still the original owner and has not been tampered with. Charlene got it taken care of. From the time I contacted them for an estimate, to the time they completed the job, they were in communication with me. They called and arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. They even send you a picture of the technician and a little bio of who he was. This was a rental property in Lompoc and I am in Southern California and I was so happy at how easy, and professional they were; a worry free contractor, go figure. Daniel Lee486 days ago5/5 stars for Coast Plumbing! I was trying to snake the kitchen sink because there would be water building up from a blockage down the sewage line. As an inexperienced tenant, I got the drain snake stuck down the sink. I called a plumber “Rooter Solutions” (DO NOT GO THROUGH WITH THEM) and the plumber Jason was friendly but he was going to charge us $700 to open the p-trap under the sink (David said he would have charged $150) and after some effort, he called his manager and his manager determined that they would have to cut open drywall, remove the piping and remove the snake that way. All for a quote of $7,800 😡! Needless to say, we did not go through with Rooter Solutions. When I called Coast Plumbing, they sent their technician David who came and proposed potential solutions that were much, much, MUCH more affordable ($310 for cheapest option and $1,800 for most comprehensive option). These solutions were not invasive either and he was able to dislodge without cutting into the drywall for an extensive project. He was in and out after completion of service in less than an hour versus a multi-day affair with Rooter and the drywall. I would highly, highly recommend David and the rest of the Coast Plumbing team. Time to leave a negative review for Rooter Solutions now (the one with the raccoon logo)!+1Posted on Google

For a weekend emergency water heater install the price was extremely reasonable. The technician Isaac was awesome, extremely friendly and polite.
